Thank you for supporting Handmade by Jovie. Each item is thoughtfully handmade in small batches, with care and attention given to every piece.

Customer Care

At Handmade by Jovie, each item is carefully checked before it is sent out.

As our bags are handmade, slight variations in size, pattern placement, stitching, or finishing may occur. These small differences are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Product colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. We try our best to show the colours as accurately as possible.

Fabric Care

As our bags are made with fabric, some colour fading may naturally occur over time, especially after washing, frequent use, or prolonged exposure to sunlight.

We are not responsible for colour fading, colour transfer, shrinkage, or fabric damage caused by washing, soaking, strong detergent, improper cleaning, or incorrect care by the customer.

To keep your handmade bag in good condition, we recommend gentle spot cleaning only. Avoid machine washing, soaking, bleach, strong detergent, dryer use, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Customised & Made-to-Order Items

Customised and made-to-order items are not refundable or exchangeable once confirmed, unless there is a defect caused during the making process.

Once fabric cutting or sewing has started, customised orders cannot be cancelled.

Customised orders may require around 2 to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the design, materials, and current order queue.

Repairs After 30 Days

If hardware or bag fittings are damaged after more than 30 days from the purchase date, we may still be able to repair the item for a repair fee.

Repair availability and cost will depend on the condition of the bag and the parts required.

Please contact us before returning any item for return, exchange, or repair.

When you place an order, contact us, or make an enquiry, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact number, email address, delivery address, order details, and payment confirmation details.

Your information may only be shared when necessary, such as with courier or delivery service providers for order delivery, or when required by law.

Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer or PayNow. We may request a payment screenshot for verification. Please do not send sensitive banking passwords, PINs, or private account access details.

We will take reasonable care to keep your personal information safe. However, as online communication and website systems are managed through third-party platforms such as Wix, we cannot guarantee that online data transmission is completely risk-free.

At the moment, we only accept payment via Bank Transfer or PayNow/ PayLah!.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Please send us a payment screenshot after making payment.
