No. You can choose from our existing bag designs and the fabrics we have available. You cannot request a completely new bag from scratch.

Yes, you may choose from the fabrics we currently have available. Fabric availability may change from time to time.

Most of our fabrics are sourced from Taiwan, Japan, or the USA. We do not use fabrics from unknown sources.

For handmade fabric bags, pattern placement may vary depending on how the fabric is cut. This means the print position may not be exactly the same as the product photo.

Some bags are ready stock. Customised bags are made to order. Completion time depends on the design and your order queue.

Customised bags usually take around 2 to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the design, fabric, materials, and current order queue.

Please contact us before placing an urgent order. We will let you know if we are able to arrange it.

We do not have a physical retail shop at the moment. However, if you are seriously interested and would like to see or feel the bag before purchasing, we may be able to arrange an appointment.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item has a defect caused during the making process. Please refer to our Store Policy for more details.

Please spot clean gently. Do not machine wash, soak, bleach, use strong detergent, tumble dry, or leave it in direct sunlight for long periods.

As our bags are made with fabric, some colour fading may naturally occur over time, especially after washing, frequent use, or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
