Shipping Policy

Ready-stock items will be processed after payment confirmation.

We will pack all orders carefully before shipping. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery time and handling are under the courier’s responsibility.

If there are any delivery issues, please contact us and we will try our best to assist.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item has a defect caused during the making process. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide clear photos of the defect.

For hardware or spare parts such as buttons, magnetic buttons, clasps, or other bag fittings, we provide a 30-day repair or return period if the parts come loose or fall off under normal use.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for damage caused by the customer, including coffee stains, food stains, accidental cuts, improper washing, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
